Cupcake Purse

Who doesn’t love a cupcake purse? This purse I made for my daughter with a little inspiration from those Shopkin’s toys/Real Littles (those little food characters with faces).

I combined the bottom of a water bottle holder pattern with a cupcake hat pattern and then formed a flap for the purse.

Cupcake Purse Pattern

Yarn: Sugar n cream. Colors: hot pink (base & liner), fleur de lavande (icing), country red (cherry) , tea rose (mouth)

***Be mindful that this purse starts knit flat, then is connected to knit in the round and back to flat. Remember stitches look different in the round than knit flat.

***Knit the bottom of the purse (section one) if you would like the purse 3D with a circular bottom. This will probably need something inside the purse to maintain its shape. If you would like a flat purse, skip to section two and simply seam the bottom***
